catching a spark

Lots of times, we find ourselves inspired or moved to act.  Certain things INCITE us; even hit a nerve.  Stretching ourselves to get out of our own way can be liberating.    
This theme proved true during the annual 2016 School Nutrition Industry Conference.  Perhaps the change of scenery (San Diego) had a little to do with this new spark.
