Yes, we have to maintain the basics of running an efficient, compliant program for our school communities and ALL that goes with it. For some, that is enough and that is ok. Let’s keep it real! I can relate! Sometimes you just aren’t in that personal space that allows you to reach for more. For me, I like my work best when focused on a bigger purpose-it can be an amazing energizer. I try to force myself out of my day to day box to get this going. It requires self-pep talks and at times it is uncomfortable. But so, so rewarding…when you get there and break the status quo.
